CHI has been in business for over 17 years and has a strong track record of satisfied buyers, sellers, and agents. We focus on making sure our reports are ACCURATE and on making sure all parties involved are treated with the utmost professionalism.
To help with the varying needs of different clients, we offer different levels of service and optional ancillary services.

Specialty Inspections
Not all buyers are the same. Some want to know everything about the home they are buying; some don't want to pay for any more information than they need. If the home is for sale "as-is," if you plan to significantly remodel the home, you are an investor, or you only want to know "are there any big problems?" then consider one of our specialty inspections where keep the costs down by only inspecting what the clients wants.
SPECIALTY INSPECTIONS:

- Structural and limited Mechanical Inspection (structural components and only the important issues related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems)
